Recycling To Fibre

At Gohana Spinners, the journey from waste to fiber begins with carefully collected and sorted cotton garments and PET bottles. These materials undergo rigorous cleaning to remove impurities and contaminants. Once cleaned, the cotton textiles are shredded into smaller pieces, while PET bottles are processed into fine flakes. Both materials are then mechanically or chemically treated to regenerate soft, spinnable fibers. This eco-friendly process ensures minimal resource consumption and reduces reliance on virgin raw materials. The resulting fibers maintain durability and quality, making them ideal for spinning into regenerated yarn. This process is a cornerstone of our sustainable production model.
